Where is my order?
Please double check if your item is a pre-order. All pre-order and custom items take up to 14 business days to be created and to ship. Orders ship complete, so if you order one pre-order item and one in stock item, they will ship when the pre-order item is ready to ship!
I emailed and no one has emailed me back

My order is damaged
OH NOOOO - ok first of all, all is not lost! We will fix! If it is an artwork issue, please send an email to email@example.com with images of the misprint/issue.
I received the wrong item or wrong size
WOAH, super sorry about that! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, package up your item and wait for a return label and we will send you the correct one asap!
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do once the package leaves our fulfillment center as that is a carrier issue and you will need to submit a claim to USPS or UPS (whichever one it was sent with).
We recommend purchasing the shipping protection services when you check out.
Calling stores about orders
