Orders are unable to be canceled or modified after checkout 

 

ONLINE PURCHASES

• If for any reason you do not absolutely love your Girl Tribe Co. order, we will gladly accept returns for a exchange or store credit, minus $8 for shipping, within 14 days of delivery date.
• Items must be in new condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered. GTCO reserves the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the item.
• Final Sale items include: gift cards and all sale items. These items cannot be returned.
• We cannot price adjustment for previously purchased items.
• GTCO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please purchase package insurance at checkout if you are concerned about this.

 

 SHIPPING

• All orders will ship within 14 business days. 
• We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. 
• Flat rate shipping is $8- orders over $100 ship free!

PLEASE NOTE: our team is very small (but pretty dang incredible!) and we work very hard to make sure our customers are our priority! We are a small business, and we print all of our graphics at our print shop in Charlotte, NC. We fulfill orders as fast as we can. Please give us grace on processing delays and shipping times that are out of our control.
