We encourage you to read over these common questions/concerns before emailing for a quote and/or information. We respond to all inquiries as soon as possible but the following information may save you some time and help streamline your inquiry and order process.
For screen-printed apparel, the minimum is 24qty. All items must have the exact same print to meet the minimum.
Standard production time is 7-10 business days from receiving payment, but that is not a guarantee. Always ask during the order process and we will give you current production and lead times. If you need items by a certain event date or deadline that needs to be called-out and confirmed.
Once proof is approved payment is expected in full in order to proceed to production. The first production day is the business day following paid invoice.
For safety and efficiency of work, all site visits must be by appointment only.
We offer an assortment from Gildan, Hanes, to Comfort Colors and American Apparel.
We prefer that we supply the apparel; however in unique circumstances you can supply the garments. There will be a fee and it will be up to you to count all garments correctly.
