WHERE IS MY ORDER?

  • All orders will ship up to 14 business days, during sales this timeline may take longer
  • All items are Made to Order - meaning we print your order as it comes through our system
  • Please double check if one or more of your items are PREORDER. If an item in your order is preorder, we will ship your order once all of the items are in stock.
  • NOTE: we are a small business, and we print all of our graphics at our print shop in Charlotte, NC. We fulfill orders as fast as we can. Please give us grace on processing delays and shipping times that are out of our control. 

    I EMAILED AND NOBODY EMAILED ME BACK

    • Please allow up to 48 business hours for an email response. 
    • Check your spam inbox to see if our response went there.
    • We check hello@girltribeco.com M-F, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.

    I RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ITEM OR INCORRECT SIZE

    • We are so sorry! Please submit a return here with a picture of the incorrect item/size. 

    CONTACTING OUR STORE OR SOCIAL MEDIA ABOUT ORDERS

    • Please do not DM us about orders, we will direct you to hello@girltribeco.com
    • Please do not call our store about online orders, they are not able to help as they do not have the access to online order information.

    LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

    • Girl Tribe Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
    • We create the shipping label when we ship the order, and USPS and UPS pick up from us every day. 
    • Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do once the package leaves our warehouse as that is a carrier issue and you will have to submit a claim with USPS or UPS.
    • We offer and recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout!

      MY ORDER IS DAMAGED 

      • We are so sorry! Please submit a return here with a picture of the misprint or other issue. 
      • NOTE: before the graphic is printed, there is a pre-treatment solution that is applied and sometimes you might notice a tacky-feel or light discoloration of the design when you receive your item. Simply wash your garment, and this will remove any residue and your garment will look and feel normal. The solution enhances color vibrancy, wash durability, and stain prevention!

        CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IN ONE OF THE STORE?

        • Our store has separate inventory, so they cannot process returns for online orders.

        CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN STORE?

        • No, we do not currently have in-store pick-up from an online order.
