WHERE IS MY ORDER?
- All orders will ship within 14 business days.
- Please double check if one or more of your items are PREORDER. If an item in your order is preorder, we will ship your order once all of the items are in stock.

We are a small business, and we print all of our graphics at our print shop in Charlotte, NC. We fulfill orders as fast as we can. Please give us grace on processing delays and shipping times that are out of our control.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
- Girl Tribe Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- We create the shipping label when we ship the order, and USPS and UPS pick up from us every day.
- Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do once the package leaves our warehouse as that is a carrier issue and you will have to submit a claim with USPS or UPS.
- We offer and recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout!
I EMAILED AND NOBODY EMAILED ME BACK
- Please allow up to 48 hours for an email response.
- Check your spam inbox to see if our response went there.

MY ORDER IS DAMAGED
- We are so sorry! Please email us at hello@girltribeco.com with a picture of the misprint or other issue. Please include your order number that begins with GT.

Before the graphic is printed, there is a pre-treatment solution that is applied and sometimes you might notice a tacky-feel or light discoloration of the design when you receive your item. Simply wash your garment, and this will remove any residue and your garment will look and feel normal. The solution enhances color vibrancy, wash durability, and stain prevention!
I RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ITEM OR INCORRECT SIZE

- Please do not call our stores about online orders, they are not able to help as they do not have the access to online order information
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IN ONE OF THE STORES?
- Our stores have separate inventory, so they cannot process returns for online orders.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN ONE OF THE STORES?
- No, we do not currently have in-store pick-up from an online order.
